Nestled in the Piney Woods of East Texas sits The Farm at Bald Hill, a family farm practicing regenerative agriculture and sustainability with a goal of changing the way people eat. Through high efficiency rotational grazing and effective water management, we ensure the optimal quality of life for our animals. We are diligent in the processes employed to maintain our standards. All of the calves are fed and finished for 16-18 months on a variety of natural, protein and nutrient rich grasses. Our pigs are on pasture for 8 months, rooting and fertilizing the soil to aid in keeping it healthy. No grain. No corn. No chemicals. Ever.
