The hands of our operations are composed of collective families that date back multiple generations. We pride ourselves in peacefully raising our animals and processing them humanely in Tennessee. Our mission is to deliver local premium quality beef and pork to your home. Our animals are pasture-raised locally in Tennessee with rotational grazing practices and never a concentrated animal feed operation or feedlot. We allow our animals to eat well and grow at their own natural pace. They are then individually hand-processed in Lexington, Tennessee. Unlike what you may find in the store, we focus on having a single DNA product with no additives or dyes. We also try to respect the animal’s life by using every part, nose to tail, by delivering those lesser-known cuts and nutritional benefits to our customers. With our product, the quality speaks for itself.
