Baken Creek Farm is a small family farm in the heart of Pennsylvania’s rolling Appalachian mountains along the Kittatinny Ridge, a biodiverse superhighway critical to numerous wildlife species. We use production practices that are customer-certified beyond organic including no-till market garden vegetables, management-intensive rotational grazing of Katahdin sheep and pastured pigs, as well as pastured chickens. We have an on-farm store were we sell our 100% grass-fed lamb, pastured chicken, and pastured pork, along with many other products sourced from like-minded neighboring producers. We intertwine our agricultural practices with our stewardship for ecological restoration and diversification allowing both our agricultural productions systems and nature to thrive. We host various educational events on our farm and welcome guests to camp on our property via Hipcamp.
