In collaboration with CrowdHealth Carnivore, The Beef Initiative proudly presents the Beef Maps Docuseries—an immersive look into the lives of ranchers who are bringing integrity and transparency back to American beef. This series doesn’t just tell the story of cattle and land; it’s about people, families, and communities standing up for something that matters.

RS “Ruffshot” June and Texas Slim embarked on this journey like pioneers of old—reminiscent of the legendary cattle drives led by Charles Goodnight. Their trail stretched from Texas to Kansas, just like the Goodnight-Loving Trail, where cowboys herded thousands of cattle, navigating through rugged landscapes. It’s a history rooted in grit, and these #BeefIntelligence explorers are modern-day cattlemen continuing the tradition.

Growing up in the midst of urban and suburban sprawl, I had no idea that just a few miles off every major highway was cattle country. It felt like a whole world had been hidden from my imagination. Beef Maps is about reclaiming our shared agricultural roots and celebrating the unique spirit of America’s food producers.

But just like the old cattle drives, where independence and decentralized systems ruled, things changed over the years. Consolidation and centralization took over the beef industry, making it harder for small ranchers to thrive. The goal of The Beef Initiative and Beef Maps is to reverse that course of history, bringing decentralization back to American food and culture. This is more than a series—it’s a movement to reconnect consumers with the source of their food.

As the journey unfolded, June reflected, “We’re no longer just cattlemen or consumers. We’re stewards of the land, preserving a way of life that’s become endangered in the face of corporate dominance.” The wide-open spaces weren’t just a reminder of freedom—they were a call to action: “It’s time we reclaim our food, our health, and our heritage.” The docuseries brings that call to life by showcasing ranchers living these principles every day.

America The Titanic – Managing After Impact with the Disastrous Biden/Harris Iceberg

America stands at a critical tipping point. This policy paper warns that recent federal resilience initiatives, advanced under the banner of equity, have centralized control across nearly all aspects of American life—from local governance to individual choices. To protect the foundational freedoms of America’s farmers and ranchers, the I Am Texas Slim Foundation calls for immediate executive actions to dismantle these mandates and restore power to communities, pushing back against what they describe as a coordinated agenda of control disguised as resilience.
