Maiden Creek Beef takes pride in being practical and honest. We focus on strategies that result in flavorful, less expensive, natural beef and pork. We only use antibiotics if absolutely necessary. We supplement the cattle’s grass diet with fermented chopped corn stalks to help with marbling. And we treat our animals with respect.
