The Genuine Beef Difference All beef are grassfed for a little while, but very few are grass finished. Why? Because it takes longer. And in the conventional beef industry, it’s all about speed. But not for us. Our beef grow slow, fattened on the rich prairie grasses that nourished massive bison herds for centuries. Our cattle never see a feedlot. They’re raised on wide open pasture from start to finish. We never use added hormones, antibiotics, or steroids. You can count on Genuine Beef to be tender and flavorful, thanks to a 21-day dry aging process. All of our cuts are processed in a USDA-inspected facility, vacuum-sealed for freshness, and shipped to your doorstep.
