The Fight for Food Freedom: Supporting Small, Family-Owned Ranches for Healthier, More Ethical Meat Choices

Straight from the rugged foothills of Wyoming, this is a rancher’s voice—unfiltered and direct from Real Red Meat. The fight for real food isn’t led by politicians but by small family farms raising nutrient-dense beef, bison, and lamb with integrity. When you choose farm-to-table, you’re not just feeding your family—you’re fueling a movement.

Our food system desperately needs an overhaul. We have come to the point where our bodies simply cannot take one more bite of Big Ag Bull$#%*! …THANKFULLY, consumers are waking up and becoming increasingly aware that corporations and conglomerates monopolize factory-farming and feedlots for their profit and have little care for the actual nutrition and quality of the food we eat and the world we live in. So, does that mean we should look to leaders like RFK Jr. to make changes and praise him as a champion for the food freedom movement? … OR is it the small family-owned farm that’s the true hero in this story?

Hi. My name is Dixie and my husband Zeke and I have a small family-owned ranch in the rugged foothills of Wyoming’s continental divide. We sell grass-fed and grass-finished Beef, Bison and Lamb direct to consumer because we KNOW we have to be the change we want to see in the world.

Changing the food system must come from the ground up, literally. That is why we take every measure to ensure our soils are healthy, with carbon-farming methods and regenerative management; our high-elevation pastures nourish our animals year-round. With no feed-lots, no growth hormones, no antibiotics, no GMO, no grains, and no vaccines, we raise meat that is natural and nutrient-dense!

CUT OUT THE MIDDLEMAN AND DIVE STRAIGHT INTO RANCHER-DIRECT WITH THE BEEF INITIATIVE AND REAL RED MEAT!

We have built our ranch from the ground up; with countless hours of hard-work and sacrifice, we do this because we love it! There is nothing more satisfying than growing our own food and knowing that it is the absolute highest quality to nourish ourselves and our children.

What an amazing time we live in, to see the food freedom movement spark a passion for health in consumers nation-wide. We demand transparency and a more sustainable food system because we have a fundamental right to health! And do you know who the real HERO of the story is? …. No, it is not the American farmer or rancher… IT IS YOU! The average American who buys grass-fed meat from a small family farm you trust. So, fire up the grill and be the hero for food freedom. Because when you choose farm-to-table, you’re not just feeding your family—you’re fighting for a better future.

In Love and Light,

~Dixie from Real Red Meat

America The Titanic – Managing After Impact with the Disastrous Biden/Harris Iceberg

America stands at a critical tipping point. This policy paper warns that recent federal resilience initiatives, advanced under the banner of equity, have centralized control across nearly all aspects of American life—from local governance to individual choices. To protect the foundational freedoms of America’s farmers and ranchers, the I Am Texas Slim Foundation calls for immediate executive actions to dismantle these mandates and restore power to communities, pushing back against what they describe as a coordinated agenda of control disguised as resilience.

Labeled Lies, Hidden Injections: The Quiet Corruption of America’s Meat Supply

Imported beef still masquerades as “Product of USA,” pink slime remains unlabeled, and carbon monoxide keeps rotting meat looking fresh. Behind the barcode, mRNA vaccine technology is already in use in commercial pork—with research accelerating in cattle, poultry, and even farmed fish—yet no consumer disclosure is required. While regulators claim there’s no risk, the truth is simpler: you’re eating in the dark.

A new bipartisan bill aims to reinstate Mandatory Country-of-Origin Labeling (COOL) for beef, forcing grocery stores to disclose where cattle were born, raised, and slaughtered. Since COOL was repealed in 2015, foreign beef has routinely been labeled “Product of USA” despite being imported—misleading consumers and undercutting American ranchers. The legislation marks a pivotal fight between food transparency and global meatpackers.

JBS Hits Wall Street: How the World’s Most Corrupt Meatpacker Bought Its Way Onto the NYSE

Brazilian meat giant JBS, long plagued by corruption scandals and deforestation ties, has been approved to list on the New York Stock Exchange. With nearly 85% voting control retained by its founding family, the IPO grants JBS unprecedented access to U.S. capital while tightening its grip on the global protein supply. Critics warn the move rewards corporate crime and accelerates consolidation across American agriculture.
